This Privacy Policy (the "Policy") describes Alliance Spine's privacy practices for our web site located at www.alliance-spine.com (our "Site"), including what types of information we gather and track, how we use the information, and with whom we share the information. We strongly encourage you to read this Policy in its entirety prior to using the Site or submitting information about yourself to us.

Questions regarding this Policy should be directed to info@alliance-spine.com or to the following address: Alliance Spine, 121 Interpark Blvd., Suite 601, San Antonio, TX 78216.

To the extent reasonably possible, we commit to protect your privacy while you are using our Site. Much of our Site does not require your personal information for access. We do need personal information for certain areas of the Site, such as when you request contact from an Alliance Spine representative. Please note that this Policy only addresses the Site's own privacy practices, and does not address the privacy practices of other web sites linked on our web site. For information about the privacy practices of a linked web site, please consult that customer's web site.

By using our Site, you agree with the terms of this Policy, and you further consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of information as provided by the Policy.

Personal Information

"Personal Information" refers to information that lets us know the specifics of who you are and that can be used to identify, contact or locate you. You can visit our Site without telling us who you are and without revealing any information about yourself. However, when you request information from us, such as by sending us your comments or questions by using the "Contact Us" page or the "Request Info" window, we will be requesting some personal information about you. Personal Information may include your name, mailing address, telephone number, email address, and other identification and contact information.

In the event we were to establish a registration function on our web site, we may ask you when registering to choose a security question to answer, such as your mother's maiden name, or simply to input a username and password. This required information may be necessary in the future for a variety of tasks, such as your need for a new password or if we need to contact you regarding your account.

We will use your Personal Information only for our own business or administrative purposes, such as to deliver information requested by you, to keep you informed of our products and services by sending you newsletters, and to provide customer support.

Cookies and Other Technologies

We currently do not gather certain information about visitor activity on our Site by use of cookies (explained below), clear GIFs (explained below) or other means, but we might institute such procedures in the future. We reserve the right to do so without providing prior notice to you. Please check the Policy frequently for any changes.

Cookies

A cookie is an element of data that a web site can send to your browser, which may then be stored on your system. We sometimes may use cookies to collect information from visits to our Site to help us provide better service. You can set your browser to notify you before you receive a cookie, giving you the chance to decide whether to accept it. You can also set your browser to turn off all cookies. If you do so, however, some areas of our Site, and other sites, may not function properly.

Clear GIFs

Clear GIFs are tiny graphics with a unique identifier, similar in function to cookies, and are used to track the online movements of our users. The main difference between the two is that clear GIFs are invisible on the page and are much smaller, about the size of the period at the end of this sentence. Clear GIFs are not tied to your Personal Information.

Disclosure to Third Parties

Alliance Spine works with third parties who provide administrative support to us, such as credit card clearance and other services of an administrative nature. We may also work with third parties, individuals or entities, to help support our sales and customer support functions. Personal Information may be shared with such third parties in order for them to provide these services to us. In addition, we may use a third-party service partner to track the web traffic on our Site.

We currently do not share Personal Information with affiliates, business partners, or other third-party businesses that offer goods or services but we may do so in the future.

We may also disclose Personal Information in response to legal process, such as a court order or subpoena, or to protect our Site, hosted sites or users of these sites. In the event of a merger, consolidation, or sale or transfer of all or substantially all of our assets or business, we may provide Personal Information and other information collected online to the purchaser or successor entity.

Information Security and Quality

We use reasonable security procedures and practice to protect the quality and integrity of your Personal Information. We have implemented physical, technical and organizational measures to help keep your information secure. Unfortunately, however, no security system or method of transmitting data over the Internet can be guaranteed to be entirely secure. Thus, while we seek to protect your Personal Information, we cannot be responsible for loss, corruption, or unauthorized acquisition of information submitted to this Site or for any resulting damages. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW, YOU AGREE THAT NEITHER WE NOR ANY OF OUR AFFILIATES OR AGENTS WILL BE LIABLE TO YOU AND/OR ANY OTHER PERSON FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOST PROFITS, LOSS OF PRIVACY OR FOR FAILURE TO MEET ANY DUTY INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY DUTY OF GOOD FAITH, LACK OF NEGLIGENCE OR OF WORKMANLIKE EFFORT) OR ANY OTHER INDIRECT, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES WHATSOEVER THAT ARISE OUT OF OR ARE RELATED TO THE SERVICES WE PROVIDE ON OUR SITE OR TO ANY BREACH OF THIS AGREEMENT, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES AND EVEN IN THE EVENT OF FAULT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE) OR STRICT OR PRODUCT LIABILITY.
